Diplomacy is quirky. Involvement in politics is peaceful though having a disagreement. This makes arbitration and planning functional. Many people wars are politics. Most history books focus on war. After the war is won; the rebels are captured, or the laws have been enforced, we go back to making sure there is a chicken in every pot.
There is a current issue that progress can be made with peaceful protest. It does not make sense to have a violent protest against war. As a peaceful protest, we find similarities and build a plan that does not go against the directive.
How does a peaceful protest look and feel? It is going to work, paying bills and sending money to makeup for past wars or demonstrate an interest in peace.
While giving to charity, we can pay-it-back. A different look at charity, people say to pay-it-forward.With international consciousness, I feel it is important to pay-it-back.
Paying-it-back is an acknowledgement of other cultures and countries importance to the functioning of your country of citizenship.
While paying-it-back, some countries appear on the global list of potential targets for the United States government. A peaceful demonstration involves giving charity to these countries. Taking an interest in their welfare, government sees potential for other options.
Another political agenda is to payback past wars. In the last century, the United States has become a military presence in the global economy. After World War I and World War II, we received money through treaties that do not need to be paid back.
Germans, Italians and Japanese are paying. We received land in the form of the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Marshall Islands and so-on. With incentive, there appears to be a test phase before beginning a war.
This was a mutually beneficial path for the United States when it began. As a new nation, we needed the ability to defend our borders. As a new military leader, we could profit and further our position in a global market. Now, we have the ability to defend ourselves and going to war has become a liability. How do we stop?
Nixon passed laws to give incentives to companies and corporations to build in foreign nations. People were worried about losing jobs. Nixon said jobs in shipping would increase. It was believed internal companies would remain domestic manufactures to produce goods.
These tariffs generate income for the United States. It is a peaceful maneuver after being sheltered from the rest of the world. However, every time a war begins our peaceful companies appear to be affluent spies.
Tiring of the war, people are connecting incentives and mercenaries. Most countries built by mercenaries collapse. The next wave of citizens developing international consciousness are suspicious of the United States.
In the 1970's, it became cliche to be thankful for your food because people are starving in other countries. In the 2000's, people are growing tired of political interference and want to take an individual stance in the global market.
Germany finally paid off World War I. Vietnam went back to China after the United States resumed slave standards for mining metals and minerals. South Korea is returning to China. They are thinking about becoming a sovereign nation. Global hysteria has take root after the war on Iraq. It is believed is related to increased gas prices and a relationship to Saudi Arabia.
It is becoming a popular plan to payback wars. Focusing on internal job growth is important, we will need supplies and goods. I would like incentives to build in foreign countries to stop.
People know they disagree. There is the option to begin building a platform for the changes they seek; instead of, aggressive insults and attacks on government.
I recognize part of my education comes from Vietnam War and Korean War treaties. There is an outstanding debt. I benefited from it. I am able to find work now. I will donate money to Vietnam.
I trust Habitat for Humanity. They are a national charity that is verifiable. It is possible to designate money to a specific country or region.
By addressing the direct problem and deciding to pay off a debt, an awkward rebellion makes the changes to have other options. It is a straightforward opinion about living correctly.
I am not mad at the government. If the United States was taken over, I would lose a lot.
Proactively expressing a political opinion, violence and vulgar language are avoidable. It takes a historical and political knowledge to formulate realistic plans. Understand the problem, correct the problem and promote a solution.
We do not want to go to war so go to work, make money, help economy to send charity to other countries. These plans are not easy. It might take generations to find real solutions. There is an innocuous activity in the United States of America. It is well known and completely illegal. Affecting commerce, to tax is to destroy. Amendment 16 of the US Constitution states that any amount of money collected by government is a tax

Amendment 4, 6 and 7 of the US Constitution state that unreasonable and excessive punishment (including fines) are illegal. Any illegal contract is considered void. The entire written contract is void since the red-line veto and similar amendment for contracts was voted down.
This is a huge issue for the United States. There is already a lineage regarding similar infractions of the law. New laws are being formed, since it has been otherwise ignored, by the general public. In fact, though most people do not notice, it has a substantial affect on commerce.
Most people were dazzled by the contracts between the National Football League and National Broadcasting Company. People were stunned and admired the massive penalties in contracts for a minor issue of partial nudity. The only person damaged by the event was singer.
These contracts are illegal. They are not allowed to place restrictive fines and penalties in contracts. It alienates other businesses and has the power to destroy.
A few states are enforcing fines for compliance issues. One law is the personal information act. Businesses have to maintain a level security for consumers personal information. This makes sense. However, fining a company, specifically hospitals, $15,000 does not make sense.
There are laws, legal recourse and federal agencies that handle complaints. It needs to be reported to the appropriate department. Failure to report theft could result in a $300 fine.

There are two parts to creating an ethically sustainable economy. There is the necessity for a business owner to have freedom to effectively run a business according to standards and morals. However, employees do all the work to build the economy. Shifts in popular trends might lead to the dismissal and unemployment of millions of Americans. The larger functionality of a moral business is to hire employees based on ability to perform a job and supply jobs for the workforce.
There are logical reasons for limiting the scope of potential employment. Most of the time, a company develops one type of industry. In manufacturing and production, employees must stand and work efficiently with high paced machinery. A minimal level of physical health and focus is required.
Illegal drug use is unacceptable. Prescriptions drugs are fine. Some companies offer benefits to transition from illegal drugs to prescription drugs.
There have been several cases of agism that required assistance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Someone can be elderly and qualified. Several elderly people find physically demanding work stressful, yet the employer is able to hire elderly and women to screen their ability to work effectively.
Another reason to legally discriminate against applicants are driving records, criminal backgrounds and felonies. Felons need jobs.
With a reasonable amount of concern, a delivery company should not hire reckless drivers to make deliveries. A bank should not hire a larcenist to handle money. Certificates and licensing verifies an individual possesses computer, math and language skills to perform tasks in specialty fields. Degrees and work experience also verify skills. In a computer job, a person must know specific applications. The company does not want to pay for additional training.
With so many rules in favor of protecting business owners when does discrimination against appearance and lifestyle become valid?
A growing trend in the United States is anti-smoking propaganda. In the past, people were concerned about smokers. They wanted smokers to be happier and healthier. An early propaganda commercial portrays a boy not wanting to date a girl because she smokes.
There is a similar commercial today. A parent calls a boy to remind him not to drink alcohol. Is it implied she would date him? It becoming a common assumption. In fact, the commercial implies she may no longer want to talk to him or feel distance in the relationship because he chooses to maintain religious dogma. This implies a different relationship of friends not being real friends if lost over something so trivial. This implies that people who drink alcohol are not good friend to non-alcoholics. There is no reason to believe she respects him and understands his religious beliefs. There is no reason to believe she disrespects him for his religious beliefs.
Campaigns against smokers became personal. Commercials focus on people with diseases like heart attack and leprosy. There is no scientific proof these disease were caused by smoking. Several non-smokers die from these diseases every year. There is a statement excessive smoking can contribute to the disease being less operable. Most diseases have a maximum pain threshold. It does not get worse or less painful in the later stages of a disease.
Hate mongering is not acceptable. People are entitled to freedom of speech and opinions about healthy lifestyle. When anger and mob mentality over people living life as they see fit, it is bigotry. There is a problem in the United States. Frequently, large cities like Los Angeles and New York City are seen as having greater opportunities. Unfortunately, many people flock to large cities. There are not enough resources to support the population. California does not have enough water to support the population. Thousands of people move to California every year and then move home.

The political two party system in the United States is consistent. There are a couple of changes. The Republican and Democrat party were not established until more recently. Previously, the longest lasting party were the Wigs or Free Masons.
Every few generations, Citizens decide they need a new party to represent their needs. This party will meant to appeal to the masses with appealing methods of governing. Some are concerned that has not been a competitive party against Republicans and Democrats in the past century.
There are a few reasons for why new parties are not gaining mass appeal. One reason is the change in electing Vice President's. After the US Constitution was signed, any party could run in the primary. The Candidate with the most votes became President. The Candidate with the second most votes became Vice President.
A conflict of interest, attempts to make the vice presidency a larger part of politics, dismissed that policy. Now, a party runs a Presidential Candidate with a Running Mate. The Running Mate becomes Vice President.
People thought alternate parties would have more encouragement and more support. People fear ideas of what could happen if there are multiple parties in the United States. There are usually two major parties with several smaller parties. The smaller parties contribute to less than ten percent to the overall voting power of Citizens.
There is an unsettling time of change when one party gains support. With a sudden shift in power, three major parties do not thrive over the span of three consecutive presidential elections. However, the United States is a new country.
Paranoia revolves around maintaining balance between the Executive and Legislative Branches of Government. It is easier to have one party as President and elect the other party to be House Majority Leader. This way Politicians must meet to resolve issues.
There is also a concern that voting for anyone not representing a major party will lose. “Votes for a Candidate who represents a smaller party is like throwing away a vote.” The belief is viable Candidates only exist in the two major parties.
Knowing this, many people are unable to chose a party. Should they be Republican or Democrats?

Since that time, they became the party to create idealistic goals for the United States. These ideals include desegregation. Initially, they made connections between commerce and social activity. It took years to identify a connection between segregation and the bankruptcy of several small town company's. Now, changes through social justice and identifying social malice is normal. Democrats believe social change stabilizes the economy. Economy is side-effect of being happy through protection.
There are Liberals, Moderates and Conservatives in each party. Many believe Republicans and Democrats should be complete opposites. Liberals, Moderates and Conservatives are not the same. Both parties have a different approach to maintain a successful government.
Liberals, Moderates and Conservatives relate to their party's platform. Liberal Republicans focus on economic issues. They want massive changes in banking practices like Saving and Loan Creditors. The idea of loaning money to people was a huge issue a few years ago.

Neo-Politics
There are a plethora of words entering into politics. A couple words are neo-liberalism and neo-conservatism. The Libertarian Party states the free market will manage government without additional taxation. Government responsibility is to defend the countries borders.
These concepts are confusing to most people. Many want to place "neo-liberalism" as meaning freedom, rebellion or anarchy. Ergo, "neo-conservatism" must mean fascism or dictatorship. Neither of these definitions are accurate. These terms exist in conjunction with current values and government.
More freedom would be nice. Those who rebel against laws much handle political issues independently of Police. Free market governing is comparable to anarchy. Logically, following a civil method of honestly gaining or trading products and services should insight a informal code of ethics with mannerisms to exist peacefully. Ergo, politics to educe a sense of etiquette and morality appear to be a function of democracy.

People wanting a service pay for the service.

Neo-Conservatism also has a relationship to existing values and government. When people hear the word "fascist," they think of Nazi's during World War II. This is not true. Fascists uphold the existing systems of nationality and government.
What is the United States of America sense of nationality? The United States was established by Christians. There is a leaning towards Christianity in most laws and also in the Constitution. There is equal opportunity to pursue ownership of property and right to personal freedoms.
Every generation exhibits a form of rebellious activity. We want secure borders. There is an upward necessity for charity, forgiveness, understanding and individuality. We want to pursue happiness.

These concepts are confusing to most people. Many want to place "neo-liberalism" as meaning freedom, rebellion or anarchy. Ergo, "neo-conservatism" must mean fascism or dictatorship. Neither of these definitions are accurate. These terms exist in conjunction with current values and government.

Every time people want a new thing, there is a tax. Environmentalist identified chemicals might damage the environment. Companies have to pay a higher price to use specific products, yet are without a Lobbyist. That makes it difficult to stay in business. The average attitude states they should go out-of-business, because they want to use older methods to make products.
The internet is a new industry. There is a law to not charge taxes on internet service. This does not mean products and services sold on the internet are tax free. It is a commercial market spanning the United States. Taxes are at the discretion of Business Owners. As internet grows, companies are charging tax on services. A Company has to legitimize whether it is a business or personal expense. Products are nontaxable when bought buy a Seller to sell to another person.
People do not want to pay taxes. They do want protection from internet piracy, phishing, fraud and other illegal activities.
Who contributes to a fund that will instate these programs? It comes from taxes. Taxes should come from the people wanting to protect themselves or Online Vendors. It is caustic when people working in brick-and-mortar jobs see Online Vendors as potential enemies. Those using the internet should pay the taxes. Then there will be money going to programs to enforce laws by the people wanting laws.
Though stating a free market bias, there are several governmental structures protecting the free market. Neo-liberalism is not anarchy. It is an adjustment to the free market; wherein, the government interferes when corruption modifies peoples' ability to make decisions. There is also a reorganization of taxes. People wanting a service pay for the service.
Is clearly defining government policies by free market standards viable?
Neo-Conservatism also has a relationship to existing values and government. When people hear the word "fascist," they think of Nazi's during World War II. This is not true. Fascists uphold the existing systems of nationality and government.
What is the United States of America sense of nationality? The United States was established by Christians. There is a leaning towards Christianity in most laws and also in the Constitution. There is equal opportunity to pursue ownership of property and right to personal freedoms.
Every generation exhibits a form of rebellious activity. We want secure borders. There is an upward necessity for charity, forgiveness, understanding and individuality. We want to pursue happiness.
This made several laws and functional methods to get what we need. Rebellious activity serves as a method of defining when laws are unfair. After being identifying a solution, it is possible to petition for or against actions. We want to be an industrious country, not a underdeveloped country.
The internet would not be as advance as it is now without taxation. Infant industries have protection according to the Constitution, ergo, federal government. Minorities have protection. The many layers of advancement, popularity, organization and efficiency happen more quickly and amongst more people because of government interference and socialism.
It is possible for the internet to exist, as it does now, many years in future. Not every invention is successful. The inventions that are successful and benefit everyone are so important it was worth trying a couple odd ideas.
This is similar to protecting minority rights. Several people live a longer life, manage to earn a living or contribute to providing a resource of Capable Employees. There are a few people who do amazing things. The kind of things that no one can imagine life without. The statistical average has a skew towards mediocrity and poverty; however, charity makes social, technological and economic advancement possible.

Questionable National Holiday
Saint Patrick's Day has the usual religious elements in relation to Sainthood. In the United States, it is a debatable holiday. It was accepted as a national holiday. Every few years, there is review to decide if it should be a national holiday. To understand why there is so much debate, everyone should know the story of Saint Patrick.
Many people in the United States do not know about Saints. Most believe Saint Patrick helped reduce the snake population in Ireland. Ireland became livable.
Saint Patrick was born in Kilpatrick, Scotland on 387AD. As a Teen, Patrick was sold as a Slave to a Druid Chieftain. He was a Slave for six years. Leaning to speak the Druid Languages, there was a language barrier between England, Scotland and Ireland. The Irish were primarily Druids and Celts.
After escaping, Patrick became an avid Catholic. He attended seminary and became a Minister. Even though he escaped slavery and most agreed a return to Ireland would be awful, he dreamed about a return to Ireland as a Freeman who espoused the Word of God.
One day, he was allowed to return to Ireland on a Mission. He would pay the price of his freedom to his Former Slave Master as a gesture of an acknowledged debt and respect.
They docked near the town he was held captive. People recognized him. He attempted to speak to them in Druid. They did not believe him. He was accompanied by several Clergy. Guilt lead to several houses burning. They took valuables and burned home as though it was a war. There is even a potential quote or remark, "I will burn my home before a Slave overtakes me in battle."
After the many subsequent events, many of the Druids began to learn prayers and praises to God. They believed Patrick's magic was powerful. Catholicism was more understandable. Patrick was fluent in their language. He spent the rest of his life converting Druids. Druidism was considered Paganism.
There is a clear pathway between events to signify that this was an act of God. He was taken to a place to learn the language. His family were religious. He became a Man of the Cloth. These are factors important to converting people away from their past religions.
While Saint Patrick is the Saint of Scotland and Ireland, should this holiday be a national holiday in the United States? There are ideals supporting the national agenda and ideals against the United States Constitution. What is more important?
The idea of a Former Slave acquiring power to overthrow their Oppressor is a great story. It blends in with stories of the Revolutionary War and several stories with a similar theme, including, slavery.
There is a conflict with the Constitutional right to Freedom of Religion. Freedom of Religion is the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights. It states Government will not protect or abridge religion. (The Government will remain neutral in all events involving religion.) Everyone could celebrate the life of Saint Patrick, who was Working-Class, became a Slave and then became a Priest. The main point of the story is God working with people to dismiss, undermine, reduce and abridge Non-christian religions.
Comprehensively, the laws are designed so Citizens have an amount of leeway to practice their religions. Christianity is a large religion in the United States. Most Citizens are challenged to understand principles of Christianity far more than any other singular religion. There is probably nothing wrong with celebrating Saint Patrick's Day. Should it be exalted?
I purpose George Washington Carver's Day would be a great holiday. It could be called Carver's Day or Plastic Day. It has many similarities to Saint Patrick's Day without religious overtones.
Carver was a Freeman in Missouri until slavery became legal his family was sold and their land taken. Slavery was abolished in the United States. The people who owned him adopted him. He became a part of their family and became the Inventor of Plastic. The abolition of slavery made it possible for individuals with intelligence or other abilities to make great contributions to everyone in the world.
It is an incredible story. It is possible to infer God worked through Carver to make society better. Religion is not essential to the story. In addition, Carver is a National Hero from the United States.

The Great Recession
The Great Recession is complex. Politicians are trying new methods to keep the economy fair, so the United States is able to recover. The entire country must stop collecting Unemployment Benefits.
Issues are intense and the Health Care Plan to offer insurance at a reasonable price has made it possible for companies to lower operational costs. Laws of the past make it easier for an American Company to do business overseas. Hopefully, the break on health care will keep companies solvent. They cannot hire more people, because they do not make that much money.
Another responsibility for companies and corporations in the USA is Unemployment Insurance. There is an insurance for everything. While government pays a percentage of the money going to people on unemployment, the previous Employer is paying between 50% to 70%of the overall salary of a Former Employee who is sitting at home looking for work.
It is fairly obvious why no one wants to go back to work. There have been several extensions of Unemployment Benefits for a few years. Companies have to pay for Employees who are literally not doing anything. This makes it so businesses do not have enough money to hire more Employees. Moving an office to another country becomes an attractive idea.
There are misconceptions about the world. The United States does not have Royalty or a Cast System. Companies and Corporations begin, grow, mature and die. A family can start a business. In the first year only 10% are still in business. They might not be making enough money to support themselves. A company lasting for 3 generations is an extreme rarity. If very successful, they were able to buy land and solidify basic needs so cost-of-living is not as high as other people. It is not an endless chain of money. It is limited.
The Government is not an endless chain of earnings. The United States Government is in debt for trillions of dollars. We cannot afford our expensive governmental needs, such as: roads, indoor plumbing, electricity, phone line, internet, dsl, public schools, 5 divisions of Military, an amazing amount of government agencies, airports and several socialist agendas.
Downsizing has been an interesting process. Many people grieved downsized companies. We new the government was safe. Many people will grieve the downsizing of government.
Government needs to control how events will take place. We need more people in regular jobs and only joining military service and working for government agencies for a few years. We could build more military bases or smaller military bases across the country. The Recession has not been as awful in states with military bases.
We need few airports. It is convenient having an airport that is closer to home. It is a socialist benefit that everyone pays for as part of the military budget.
Most things US Citizens expect are part of the military budget. Right now the public sector (owned by the public) and private sector (owned by individual citizens) are out-of-balance. The private sectors pays more in taxes. Taxes are a smaller part of income; ergo, private citizens cannot afford to pay over 50% of the rest of the country's cost-of-living, operational costs and building expenses.
This brings us back to Unemployment Benefits. Welfare is paid solely by the government. While people could lounge, it is relief for companies. Companies might be able to afford hiring a few Employees and slowly reverse the unemployment problem.
Ideally, to stabilize the economy, fewer restrictions are placed on companies. Welfare standards are lowered so more people qualify. Measures to end welfare in the form of reeducation and job opportunities continue. Subsidies to companies to hire people on welfare is an idea; however, it might displace other Employees. It would become important to lose a job to get a job. It is definitely important for companies to retain profits so it is easier to hire New Employees by cutting their operational costs.
Small military bases should be spread across the country. Military are able to reinvest or spend money to keep city economies less rigid. We sent the bulk of financially stable citizens to limited areas.
Military bases should exist in conjunction with other government entities. Bases should be near airports and other facilities. They built as part of the military budget.
With these forces in motion, it would make sense to get regular jobs. There would be less need to get a government job. If the government goes out-of-business, you have bigger problems than a mortgage. A person might not have much, yet retirement benefits are a guarantee. Currently, when a company goes bankrupt, there are no retirement benefits. Even after government layoffs, Former Employees still have more than other people.
This stratification of events should assist in promoting jobs in the private sector. There is more to do to regain the economy. It should be helpful. Banking and loan companies are not doing well. Everyone feels as though they were tricked into a get-rich-quick scheme and have less money now than they did when it started.
The economy is recovering. There are several ideas to make the country independent of other countries and independent itself. This should begin and upward chain-of-events to better the economy. This is not a time to be idealistic. An upward shift in the economy is making it so we are not Debtors. In time, it will be better. We will have all the benefits of living in America. People complain about Welfare; however, the Great Recession is much better than the Great Depression.

Finalize Earnings
There are several wealthy Entrepreneurs, Artists and Scientists who make money from ideas. They have a reputation, memorable name and Loyal Consumers. Their products are proven to benefit society and they are continually looking for the next idea that will benefit society. Eventually competition might dominate the market or need for their product or service becomes nonexistent.
Business is tough and risky. Several Entrepreneurs, Artists and Scientists go through all the stages of success described in "Establishing a Reputation" and "Obligations of Success." Sometimes the success of idea extends to multiple generations, yet each generation is susceptible to losing their business.
After making money, it is obvious to invest in land, savings and methods of maintaining wealth. Wealth can be lost easily when barely starting to earn income. There are several laws formed to protect their interests, including, estate transfers.
There are obvious benefits to success. That is why everyone wants to be successful. Most people will attempt to become as successful they can be during a time in life. The widely appreciated ideas of modern time allow for Lesser Known Artists to get jobs, relationships and experience a cultural phenomenon that benefits everyone. However, television is threatened by internet. This threatens several jobs; ergo, there is a system that removes the old to bring in the new. Choices to adapt to changes in technology assists so everyone remains safe and happy. However, those with previously superior skills are no longer superior in the open markets.
There are several laws in relations to protecting the wealthy. Even now there is a huge audit of accounting systems to avoid overly burdening corporations. Unfortunately, many falsely believe corporations are indestructible. This research might save money for companies in the future, yet increasing operational costs and expenses in the form of taxes might bankrupt several companies. Companies that survive higher costs are also weaken and will not be able to afford future growth, higher payroll or investments in opportunities to remain consistent with competition in foreign markets.
Expensive government actions take money away from successful people. Their resources have limits.
Speaking of an honor system to establish rules of conduct and avoid unnecessary research on this issue, it might be nice to discuss a few concepts. There is a misconception about employment. People do not gain employment by befriending or talking to a Famous or Wealthy Person. Friendship is not employment. It is freedom of speech.
There is a downside to this. In "Obligations of Success," I discuss obligation to friends. While socializing, it is normal to talk about shared interests. Sometimes, we talk about ideas that eventually become tangible to a person creating a business idea. I agree or disagree, yet sometimes ideas are unique. Friendship or normal communication involves sharing information. Friends listen music, have a beer, get in petty fights and most conversations are inert in any functional form.
A new issue with the rise of technology and a misconception in the law has made restraining orders important. Yelling at someone does not constitute commerce or a money generating activity. Constant questioning or prying into people's lives for the motivation of making money on ideas is illegal employment. People are paid to contribute ideas in group studies; wherein, there is a profit motive to collect information from Individuals. Individuals receive compensation.
There is a difference between meeting with people a mutual interests to make a memorable video to establish name recognition and overexerting someone's time with endless questions. I imagine more laws are going to evolve to cope with these problems. Paparazzi are already limited in the news they are allowed to report. Rights to privacy are also protected. Paparazzi make money off of people. Some cities and states are allowing restraining orders without proof of stalking. Laws to remove Family Members from property are growing in popularity.
There is an issue around this because criticism is an even exchange. Criticism is also a protected right. Personal freedom is an important part of maintaining order in the United States. It is decided that critical review, someone expresses an opinion, advertises whoever or whatever receives criticism. Name recognition has a measurable value in generating income. Slander is also protected, as long as it is an honest observation about the person.
It might be possible higher earning media entities should give a nominal payment for one-time character rights. However, it would only apply to businesses earning money through an association to an Individual. There is no reason to sue someone over a he-said-she-said story. There are also protective right if any activity becomes illegal.
Copyright protections are also a huge issue. As mentioned in "Free Market or Information," internet piracy is became an issue for people who earned income with thoughts. The premise revolves around having everything free on sites. People do not have to pay for products. When it is all free it affects commerce and people's jobs.
I mention a creative solution by establishing a system so people are able to karaoke or imitate samples copyright holders release for promotion. If a law comes into existence then music companies will have to pay for large databases or hire several people to implement the change. It remains an unenforceable law; however, it becomes enforceable after a precedence is established through legal action. It is better to adjust to changes in laws through incremental purchases. Though an important idea, it does not really generate income.
Following Robert's Rules, remaining silent during a vote is agreeing with the majority vote. Not complying or resisting changes through legal action is the vote. Doing nothing sides with whomever agrees or disagrees with the idea. There are extraneous costs in relation to hiring Lawyers or developing a new database system.
It is tough to own a business. There was a man who evaluated the costs of businesses for supplies to promote the idea of do-it-yourself concepts. It is less expensive to cook dinner at home. It is less expensive to build a shed when you do all the labor yourself. The concept is important to those who want things they cannot afford to have someone else do for them. I want to buy cooked food and enjoy the luxury of just having the shed delivered.
Business is expensive. Small businesses have expenses. A large company has several Employees to pay, mortgages, utility bills and other additional expenses to stay in business. This includes a fund to protect against low sales and future events. They buy insurance. Insurance costs money.
While small businesses became larger businesses, the large businesses provide a sense of prosperity so small businesses appear less risky. It is an integrated cycle. Businesses provide jobs so Employees can save a couple dollars on food. Businesses make things we need to live well. It is important to have a healthy economy and the best way to do this is to ensure fairness in laws for everyone.
Sometimes fairness is specific to a lifestyle. That is why I have three articles for three varieties of legal issues effecting one type of job. Fairness implies different aspects though all benefit from the laws.
My vision of the future is better methods of maintaining and remaining ahead of cultural changes. It takes a long time for laws to pass. Sometimes a law is never enforced. With more people knowing they have been treated fairly, made or paid a fair amount with proof of a success equals a better method to oversee commerce between Artists and Inventors. Successful ideas are able to take a physical presence and then Artists and Inventors should experience a relational benefit in their personal lives.

Business is tough and risky. Several Entrepreneurs, Artists and Scientists go through all the stages of success described in "Establishing a Reputation" and "Obligations of Success." Sometimes the success of idea extends to multiple generations, yet each generation is susceptible to losing their business.
After making money, it is obvious to invest in land, savings and methods of maintaining wealth. Wealth can be lost easily when barely starting to earn income. There are several laws formed to protect their interests, including, estate transfers.
There are obvious benefits to success. That is why everyone wants to be successful. Most people will attempt to become as successful they can be during a time in life. The widely appreciated ideas of modern time allow for Lesser Known Artists to get jobs, relationships and experience a cultural phenomenon that benefits everyone. However, television is threatened by internet. This threatens several jobs; ergo, there is a system that removes the old to bring in the new. Choices to adapt to changes in technology assists so everyone remains safe and happy. However, those with previously superior skills are no longer superior in the open markets.
There are several laws in relations to protecting the wealthy. Even now there is a huge audit of accounting systems to avoid overly burdening corporations. Unfortunately, many falsely believe corporations are indestructible. This research might save money for companies in the future, yet increasing operational costs and expenses in the form of taxes might bankrupt several companies. Companies that survive higher costs are also weaken and will not be able to afford future growth, higher payroll or investments in opportunities to remain consistent with competition in foreign markets.
Expensive government actions take money away from successful people. Their resources have limits.
Speaking of an honor system to establish rules of conduct and avoid unnecessary research on this issue, it might be nice to discuss a few concepts. There is a misconception about employment. People do not gain employment by befriending or talking to a Famous or Wealthy Person. Friendship is not employment. It is freedom of speech.
There is a downside to this. In "Obligations of Success," I discuss obligation to friends. While socializing, it is normal to talk about shared interests. Sometimes, we talk about ideas that eventually become tangible to a person creating a business idea. I agree or disagree, yet sometimes ideas are unique. Friendship or normal communication involves sharing information. Friends listen music, have a beer, get in petty fights and most conversations are inert in any functional form.
A new issue with the rise of technology and a misconception in the law has made restraining orders important. Yelling at someone does not constitute commerce or a money generating activity. Constant questioning or prying into people's lives for the motivation of making money on ideas is illegal employment. People are paid to contribute ideas in group studies; wherein, there is a profit motive to collect information from Individuals. Individuals receive compensation.
There is a difference between meeting with people a mutual interests to make a memorable video to establish name recognition and overexerting someone's time with endless questions. I imagine more laws are going to evolve to cope with these problems. Paparazzi are already limited in the news they are allowed to report. Rights to privacy are also protected. Paparazzi make money off of people. Some cities and states are allowing restraining orders without proof of stalking. Laws to remove Family Members from property are growing in popularity.
There is an issue around this because criticism is an even exchange. Criticism is also a protected right. Personal freedom is an important part of maintaining order in the United States. It is decided that critical review, someone expresses an opinion, advertises whoever or whatever receives criticism. Name recognition has a measurable value in generating income. Slander is also protected, as long as it is an honest observation about the person.
It might be possible higher earning media entities should give a nominal payment for one-time character rights. However, it would only apply to businesses earning money through an association to an Individual. There is no reason to sue someone over a he-said-she-said story. There are also protective right if any activity becomes illegal.
Copyright protections are also a huge issue. As mentioned in "Free Market or Information," internet piracy is became an issue for people who earned income with thoughts. The premise revolves around having everything free on sites. People do not have to pay for products. When it is all free it affects commerce and people's jobs.
I mention a creative solution by establishing a system so people are able to karaoke or imitate samples copyright holders release for promotion. If a law comes into existence then music companies will have to pay for large databases or hire several people to implement the change. It remains an unenforceable law; however, it becomes enforceable after a precedence is established through legal action. It is better to adjust to changes in laws through incremental purchases. Though an important idea, it does not really generate income.
Following Robert's Rules, remaining silent during a vote is agreeing with the majority vote. Not complying or resisting changes through legal action is the vote. Doing nothing sides with whomever agrees or disagrees with the idea. There are extraneous costs in relation to hiring Lawyers or developing a new database system.
It is tough to own a business. There was a man who evaluated the costs of businesses for supplies to promote the idea of do-it-yourself concepts. It is less expensive to cook dinner at home. It is less expensive to build a shed when you do all the labor yourself. The concept is important to those who want things they cannot afford to have someone else do for them. I want to buy cooked food and enjoy the luxury of just having the shed delivered.
Business is expensive. Small businesses have expenses. A large company has several Employees to pay, mortgages, utility bills and other additional expenses to stay in business. This includes a fund to protect against low sales and future events. They buy insurance. Insurance costs money.
While small businesses became larger businesses, the large businesses provide a sense of prosperity so small businesses appear less risky. It is an integrated cycle. Businesses provide jobs so Employees can save a couple dollars on food. Businesses make things we need to live well. It is important to have a healthy economy and the best way to do this is to ensure fairness in laws for everyone.
Sometimes fairness is specific to a lifestyle. That is why I have three articles for three varieties of legal issues effecting one type of job. Fairness implies different aspects though all benefit from the laws.
My vision of the future is better methods of maintaining and remaining ahead of cultural changes. It takes a long time for laws to pass. Sometimes a law is never enforced. With more people knowing they have been treated fairly, made or paid a fair amount with proof of a success equals a better method to oversee commerce between Artists and Inventors. Successful ideas are able to take a physical presence and then Artists and Inventors should experience a relational benefit in their personal lives.

Commerce is the activity of making money. It is making money for a business. It is making money for an Employee. It is to save and dispense funds for necessary resources. The government is only responsible for overseeing transactions. Individuals use contracts to make personal choices about transactions in relation to plans. Renegotiation of legal contracts requires consent from both parties in a contract. Illegal content in a contract is not valid because it defiles the law.
Having a couple brushes with fame, I wonder about making a lot of money, maybe millions of dollars. The idea inspires ideas of taking care of personal needs and also how to spend money responsibly. Today I am thinking about how to dispense money thoughtfully and reward people who help me be successful. What obligations would I have and to whom.
The current laws around this issue of obligation are faulty. It holds people responsible for future earnings. This undercuts infant industries ability to succeed. Laws are severe and pay people twice, while not paying people for service. It is an attack to sue someone and only those disobeying the honor code face strenuous consequences. Over punishing a few people is not a constructive form of maintaining justice. Income does not guarantee success. Waiting for income to occur does not overburden people trying new ideas to find out if it is important to society.
The honor code of Scientists is successful. It follows a guideline of using open resources to generate and reward ideas. A person pays a nominal amount, they find fair, after making money. I will honor this general agreement after making money. Service is free before this time. Entities like FireFox and OpenOffice state they want a donation whenever a person feels it is important. I find FireFox is the superior web-browser; however, I might pay licensing for Windows Office Suite because of the spelling and grammatical checker.
MicroSoft Windows has a license agreement. The contract to pay for software gives Consumers the option to pay a one-time-fee or renew the license agreement. There are additional services when renewing contracts. Attempts to use laws to change legal contracts defiles contracts.

It is not a requirement. Several Students will make a nominal amount of money during their career. Even when making a lot of money, the nominal percentage will not exceed cost-of-tuition.
Friends, Family and Employers contribute to the success of an Individual. Life experience is a unique requirement for copyright. Every person is also a unique individual and often sees cultural events and public domain information differently. It is a sharing of information while it occurs.
Most Prominent Scientists are paid by the government. They earn a salary to perform research. Since the government paid for research to benefit everyone, government contributes to my ideas. Sometimes a Scientist write a book. The are paid by the publishing company. Sometimes unique thoughts are notable enough to pay royalty fee. Publishing companies have several Authors. I want to reward the specific Author who is inspirational. If they become successful, the Author might feel there is an obligation to the publishing company.

I take risks when displaying it to everyone and sometimes hope someone will use the concepts to make physical changes to the world. I briefly write about modifying a chimney. Chimneys are public domain. Arching the chimney so pollution settles in a pit, instead of, polluting the air is a unique idea.

Trees would be planted to disperse pollution. Inland factories use a wall to divert jet streams around a factory so the arched chimney is more effective. What if someone makes these factories? Is there an obligation to pay me? It would be a royalty or maybe one time fee, to say thank you. Who would I be obligated to pay?
According to this premise, companies making these factories have an obligation after making money. It may take a considerable amount of time and expense before generating income. After generating income lawsuits, followup on lawsuits and delays in payment affect actual income.
If a lawsuit occurs according to current laws, they might have obligation according to claims to secure loans; however, businesses often fail in the first few years. While attempting to make a viable product, several companies like the idea, yet only a few generate income directly from the idea. Only companies generating income directly from the idea have an obligation to pay royalties. In fact, I would feel an obligation to renegotiate terms of a contract with a company that is not generating income and is operating under loans. The contract would be redefined as a future royalty. I would send a refund. My actual earnings change; ergo, percentages paid through gifts or donation also changes.
Strenuous court cases with Lawyers and bankruptcy ensures the destruction of a Struggling Scientist's vision. It would be great if these chimneys exist. I do not want to build these factories; ergo, my earning are a nominal fee. Current contracts would involve renewing of copyright or establishing a royalty in relation to gross income.

There are several challenges for Freelance Artist and Inventors who qualify to be successful in creative fields. Initially it is difficult to make money. It takes time and effort to gain an audience or benefactors of an inventions. There are lofty ideas on how to achieve this goal, yet the goal is to make a penny on art, music, video, patent or invention. The next goal is to declare taxes in sales so the earnings of a penny protect intellectual property as an asset. The sales must relate to art or invention. The current standard for declaring business income of $400. This total can be an accumulation of over three years.
This does not sound challenging, yet it is. A person has to declare taxes in order to maintain the initial pennies to call an entity a business. Several small sales in diverse products, selling art or invention at a lower price than it costs to make and miscellaneous work for companies might be necessary to achieve the minimum requirement. It is a process that assists in improving a business idea.
It is possible to establish a creative career through employment to claim income. Protection of patents relies on working in a similar field of work to establish skills are valuable. There is a difference between Employees, Amateurs, Artists and Scientists. Since life is a cultural experience, only people who prove their ideas benefit society are considered Professional Artists or Scientists. This benefit to society is determined by people who paid for their ideas. The payment for use of intellectual property is what makes intellectual property an asset.
Establishing a career can be easy or difficult. Working as an Actress, on occasion, there are lower paid jobs available that do not assess tax deductions. It is declared as business income. After making one hundred or two hundred dollars it is easier to make money. Writers also deal with a difficult barrier to entry. Magazines pay a couple dollars for articles. In order to receive any payment a person establishes a reputation with magazines who try to establish a reputation. It may take a considerable amount of time before it is easy to make $400 in direct sales of art, writing or invention.
Ideally a person makes a plan to achieve this goal after establishing an ability to make money. This occurs after several amateur attempts to win a contest or establish a name through name recognition.
Name recognition has considerable value. It can make a considerable difference in whether income grows exponentially or maintains the same amount of success without potential growth.
Existing laws allow a person to register or copyright ideas to create a paper trail, if becoming successful in generating a profit. Public domain, cultural experience, open resource and amateur experience may or may not receive payment for ideas and other information that would be part of cultural experience is not a viable business.
Many people argue someone able to make money from ideas and should be paid for copyright. However, earnings determine performance. The concept is a large company can make money from any idea and the value of intellectual property is without value until proving otherwise.
Though this sounds wrong; it is actually a good idea to protect the sanctity of professionalism. It also assists in avoiding theft of ideas. There are several people who quote books without siting sources and someone could mistake someone's intellectual property as a cultural experience. They do not pay friends for a new catch phrase.
This has been an ongoing issue for many years. People's knowledge of registration and copyright law forces them to promote ideas and provide people with education so they can succeed. It is an effective plan. I appreciate services such as Google and Amazon who provide a platform for people to succeed. It is less restrictive than art or invention conventions. A person can establish themselves on Amazon by selling art, music or invention for far less than what it costs to make and it provides proof of sales.
Electronic systems also assist in making it easier for everyone to establish themselves as a professional. Currently trademarks cost $75 through the state tax division. Copyrights for compressed files are only $35. A business identification to declare taxes is free. A business license is only around $100 depending on state, city and county.
All of this legal proof is important to being able to establish credit as a professional, since the declaration of taxes determines if someone is adheres to standard business laws.
There is a concern over criminal activity and New Artists and Inventors. Someone might seek unestablished Artists and Inventors to gain money without giving credit to New Artists or Inventors. There are stories of people reading through patents to get knew ideas for their company. Some New Artists and Inventors establish themselves later and collect money.
A company also establishes contracts to establish value of ideas before an Artist or Scientist succeeds in making money; however, that would be the total sum of payment before proving value. Essentially, it is almost nicer to wait to assess value because the New Artist or Scientist will have greater earning potential. Everyone else who likes sharing ideas, singing karaoke on the internet and telling jokes to friends are able to just have fun.
There is an honor system to compensate people after making money; however, it might take years to make money. Potential for earnings is minimal when trying to make money while paying imaginary royalties. It is better to use the honor system. People have gone crazy with lawsuits and it becomes impossible to make any money.
The overall effect of the laws on Creative People pursuing a career has balance. The ability to separate yourself from a crowd, in the standard method of free market, has protection. The proof of value is through payment. The challenge is relatively low, yet challenging enough a person will become familiar with the law. Regular events like going to the bar or hanging out with a friend have protection. After making money people are fine with current laws. Opportunities should have additional protection from people who do not want Artists and Inventors to become successful. There is a natural consequence of new businesses offering opportunities to New Creatives People. There is equality in every stage of wealth because the market is open to Freelancers and Idea People.

If suffering from the illness very long, consult a doctor. A stye can also cause blindness.
In a manner of speaking, stye and other diseases appear mystical to people. There is a lot of myth about this disease, because it is cause people to see dragons and phantoms. There is also science in relation to a group who found the illness to be good for expanding the mind and perception of the afterlife.

Feminism in the USA
Writing an article the other day "Things to Think About," it appears to correlate to Chime for Change. It is a charitable fundraiser for education, healthcare and betterment of women. Women gained the right to vote in 1920 with the Nineteenth Amendment. There were three campaigns to gain the rights of property ownership throughout the 1950s to 1970s in a political movement called ERA (Equal Rights Amendment). The amendment was not ratified and retired in 1982. Since then several mandates, such as: equal pay, equal treatment and equal rights to work have been ratified in legal cases.
Politics are a difficult to understand. The process of ratification is explained in Articles 5 through 7 of the United States Constitution. After an amendment to the constitution is unable to be ratified by the Legislator or in a public vote; it is ineligible for ratification for several years. The other option is to create popular amendments to win a favorable response through appeals to the Supreme Court.
There are governing laws that states must have consistency between the states, so Citizens live freely and comfortably regardless of where they live in the United States. This means a law made through federal courts in one state must be adopted in all states so there is consensus between all states.
In "Things to Think About," a Reader might infer encouragement to pursue art, as a girl, is sexist. It is not sexist; however, there were some sexist attitudes.
When I was a girl, as a person, studying and calculations were tedious. I never thought of engaging in arts and humanities as tedious. Thinking about it later, the amounts of concentration are excessive, yet I notice it less when drawing or doodling.
There were other girls in the same class who wanted to be Nurses, Medics or Engineers. They feel better when playing with numbers. Other Students could tell this form of activity is more pleasant, so Students begin envisioning a positive future for everyone according to activities and interests.
Perhaps I needed discipline to pursue math and science. However, discipline requires making people do something they do not enjoy. Later I needed discipline to succeed in life. It is important to be capable of multiple skills to become successful. I would rather make videos than review database requirements and lengthy statistics; however, I can. The task always feels like work.
Are children equal? Are boys treated like the girls? I think it depends on family. Parents have the right to raise their children how they feel will create a successful adult.
The stereotypical view is boys learn discipline. Boys are considered the jobholders; ergo, though several families encourage finding work in a fulfilling career, discipline is more important for men.
The stereotypical view is girls need skills for marriage and raising children. It is important for women to have personal fulfillment and feel good about life, yet it is more important for women to be good Mothers. It is also more important for women to find Husbands. Work is a secondary plan.
These are stereotypes and not relevant in all families. Disciplinary families teach discipline to all of their children. Holistic families encourage finding activities that make a person happy and approach new learning when it is functional. It is similar to the moralistic family that teaches morals and ethics to children so they will be safer when addressing new challenges in life.
This is where feminism becomes complicated. Do women want to be treated the same as men or be treated as equal contributors to society? Most women want respect for their contributions to society.
Is there a reason the standard system in addressing men and women is functional? There are realities about gender. Men would rather go to work, while women would rather stay home. Even in life most men feel empowered in large social arenas, while women feel threatened. Men contribute with actions, while women contribute in caution. Together men and women make successful business partners having both the active qualities of getting the work done and direction to avoid unnecessary complication. Most Business Professionals recommend making a business model before beginning work on a project because it reduces time in having to modify plans and redoing work.
Functionally, men and women working together is a worthwhile plan. Socially, if every man is married to a woman then the functional part of work can be performed at home. I believe the standard of finding compatibility in marriage is to assist in making a helpful relationship. What is the point of talking about work with a Wife who is not knowledgeable about their Husband's occupation?
This is the standard society would like everyone to adhere to as the successful model, yet the model is dysfunctional in reality. Anyone contributing to society should have incentive for performing work. In the other model women stay at home to still have home, health and food; however, divorce, abuse, child abuse and other factors make it impossible to gain status. A woman could consult her Husband for years and she does not have a viable reputation to apply to a resume. She would have to compensate loses through climbing regular professional ranks with a limited supply of alimony for several years. In addition, women are given custody of children.
Occasionally men receive custody of children. The most effective plan is finding another Wife to raise the children. They may also consult woman or men to find answers about caring for children. Another solution is to encourage children to become friends with other children of the same age. After only two slumber parties at their home, their children have endless rights to spend time with other children. The cost is acting happy, bags of chips, french fries and a several fruit drinks. Maybe other parents know about menstruation or organizing closets.
Considering this model disintegrates and reforms a few or several times in a normal person's life, it might be easier to make a new social model for marriage. This model sites individuals for work and accomplishment making people less dependent on each other, yet more functional in society.

There are governing laws that states must have consistency between the states, so Citizens live freely and comfortably regardless of where they live in the United States. This means a law made through federal courts in one state must be adopted in all states so there is consensus between all states.
In "Things to Think About," a Reader might infer encouragement to pursue art, as a girl, is sexist. It is not sexist; however, there were some sexist attitudes.
When I was a girl, as a person, studying and calculations were tedious. I never thought of engaging in arts and humanities as tedious. Thinking about it later, the amounts of concentration are excessive, yet I notice it less when drawing or doodling.
There were other girls in the same class who wanted to be Nurses, Medics or Engineers. They feel better when playing with numbers. Other Students could tell this form of activity is more pleasant, so Students begin envisioning a positive future for everyone according to activities and interests.
Perhaps I needed discipline to pursue math and science. However, discipline requires making people do something they do not enjoy. Later I needed discipline to succeed in life. It is important to be capable of multiple skills to become successful. I would rather make videos than review database requirements and lengthy statistics; however, I can. The task always feels like work.
Are children equal? Are boys treated like the girls? I think it depends on family. Parents have the right to raise their children how they feel will create a successful adult.
The stereotypical view is boys learn discipline. Boys are considered the jobholders; ergo, though several families encourage finding work in a fulfilling career, discipline is more important for men.
The stereotypical view is girls need skills for marriage and raising children. It is important for women to have personal fulfillment and feel good about life, yet it is more important for women to be good Mothers. It is also more important for women to find Husbands. Work is a secondary plan.
These are stereotypes and not relevant in all families. Disciplinary families teach discipline to all of their children. Holistic families encourage finding activities that make a person happy and approach new learning when it is functional. It is similar to the moralistic family that teaches morals and ethics to children so they will be safer when addressing new challenges in life.
This is where feminism becomes complicated. Do women want to be treated the same as men or be treated as equal contributors to society? Most women want respect for their contributions to society.
Is there a reason the standard system in addressing men and women is functional? There are realities about gender. Men would rather go to work, while women would rather stay home. Even in life most men feel empowered in large social arenas, while women feel threatened. Men contribute with actions, while women contribute in caution. Together men and women make successful business partners having both the active qualities of getting the work done and direction to avoid unnecessary complication. Most Business Professionals recommend making a business model before beginning work on a project because it reduces time in having to modify plans and redoing work.
Functionally, men and women working together is a worthwhile plan. Socially, if every man is married to a woman then the functional part of work can be performed at home. I believe the standard of finding compatibility in marriage is to assist in making a helpful relationship. What is the point of talking about work with a Wife who is not knowledgeable about their Husband's occupation?
This is the standard society would like everyone to adhere to as the successful model, yet the model is dysfunctional in reality. Anyone contributing to society should have incentive for performing work. In the other model women stay at home to still have home, health and food; however, divorce, abuse, child abuse and other factors make it impossible to gain status. A woman could consult her Husband for years and she does not have a viable reputation to apply to a resume. She would have to compensate loses through climbing regular professional ranks with a limited supply of alimony for several years. In addition, women are given custody of children.
Occasionally men receive custody of children. The most effective plan is finding another Wife to raise the children. They may also consult woman or men to find answers about caring for children. Another solution is to encourage children to become friends with other children of the same age. After only two slumber parties at their home, their children have endless rights to spend time with other children. The cost is acting happy, bags of chips, french fries and a several fruit drinks. Maybe other parents know about menstruation or organizing closets.
Considering this model disintegrates and reforms a few or several times in a normal person's life, it might be easier to make a new social model for marriage. This model sites individuals for work and accomplishment making people less dependent on each other, yet more functional in society.
I envision individuals taking care or themselves. Both men and women register ideas. Both parties are sited as contributors, when making contributions, even when they do not work at the same office. A hypothetical example is the Husband is working on a project. The Wife has ideas and registers these ideas in the computer. As a married couple she is cited for the contribution.
